In October 2024, we were again visiting the top-ranked engineering school ‘BUILDERS for Society’ in Caen/France. Our mission was teaching two courses, one on ‘Project management‘, the other one on ‘Wave loading on offshore and coastal structures‘. So very diverse topics, but both relevant for the students in Caen. The courses were taught in English.
Students received an overview of the topic, some background information and theory, and a task assignment to apply the new knowledge. Lectures and exercises were provided over two consecutive days. All lecture (and additional) material was made available after the course.
